WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Alexandre Birman will gladly exchange or issue a refund for a full-price item according to the information below:

• Returns within 14 days after delivery for full priced items can be requested for a refund or exchange.

• Returns between 15 and 30 days after delivery for full- priced items are eligible for exchange only.

• Returns of products purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only within 30 days after delivery.

The shoes must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags attached. The return request for ‘damage’ or ‘defect’ must be requested within ninety (90) days from the order delivery date.
In the case of a damaged item, the customer must send photos to our Customer Service department or include them on the return request.
Items purchased as part of limited-time offers are eligible for exchange only.
Altered merchandise, usage defects, special orders, and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned. Alexandre Birman reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

International orders
International orders are not eligible for exchanges and can only be refunded. Orders shipped initially outside of the U.S. approved to be returned have two options when sending them back to our U.S. warehouse:

Courier of your choice: You may ship the goods back to our warehouse with the courier of your choice. We will provide the necessary shipping documents to be included in your package. Shipping charges must be paid directly to the courier when shipping, which Alexandre Birman does not take responsibility for. You’ll have to inform our Customer Service team which courier was used and provide the return’s tracking number.

Alexandre Birman’s label: You can ship the package back to our U.S. warehouse using DHL with our discounted rates. If this option is selected when the return is requested, we will provide you with a return label. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund upon receiving and processing your return. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ALEXANDRE BIRMAN?

1. Submit your request by filling out the order number and e-mail address at the return portal: https://returns.alexandrebirman.com/.

2. Select the items you desire to return and their respective return reasons. 

3. Choose the outcoming method as per its eligibility.

4. Select the return method: FedEx label or Happy Returns QR Code.

5. Receive a prepaid return label/QR Code if your return/exchange request is approved.

WHAT ARE MY EXCHANGE OPTIONS?

When requesting an exchange, you will have the option to choose:

•Same item, different size: there will be no additional cost.

•Another item, higher price: there will be additional cost.

•Another item, lower price: there will be no extra cost, and you can choose the refund method for the difference.

•Same value: there will be no additional cost.

If replacement once returned is chosen, the exchange order will be placed within 1-3 days after the product returns to our warehouse. If the instant exchange is selected, the replacement order will be instantly placed. After the order is placed, it will follow the Complimentary shipping window.

The exchange for another size can be carried out even when the price changes on the same item (same style and color).

If the style requested on the exchange is no longer available, we will issue a refund or a Gift Card instead.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED IN SALE?

You can only return for exchanges, no refunds. Items purchased as part of limited-time offers and overall sales are eligible for exchange only.

WHAT IS THE RETURN WINDOW?

You’ll have 30 days after the delivery date to request a return. From day 1 to 14, full-priced items can be for a refund or exchange. Between 15 and 30 days after delivery, full-priced items are only eligible for exchange.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after the product returns to our warehouse and will be credited to the original form of payment.
