You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend that you set up an ALEXANDRE BIRMAN account to enjoy benefits such as storing your personal details for quicker checkout, accessing your order history, and being the first to hear about new collections and announcements.

The size dropdown list on the product page will specify whether your size is available to purchase. If the item is unavailable, it will display as 'SOLD OUT' when selected and not offer you the option to add it to your bag.

Please be aware that if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be sold as it is not reserved.

We currently accept the following payment options:

• Apple Pay

In order to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing all orders as soon as they are received.  As a result, we are unable to make adjustments to items or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. 

Please note that Alexandre Birman is not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect shipping address.

All orders are shipped from the New York area through FedEx.  Orders received after 3PM EST will be processed the next business day.  

For orders shipped within the US, we currently offer the following shipping options:

• Complimentary FedEx Ground - orders are delivered one to seven business days after being shipped.
• FedEx 2-Day Express: $50 - orders are delivered within three business days of being shipped with the exclusion of some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii which may take three business days.

We currently are unable to offer shipping to areas outside of the US, but please check back soon for updates on available shipping countries.
