YOUR USE OF ALEXANDRE BIRMAN GIFT CARDS CONFIRMS YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF
AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE, THE ALEXANDRE BIRMAN
WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, AND THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS SET FORTH
IN THE ALEXANDRE BIRMAN PRIVACY POLICY.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE TERMS OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE
DO NOT USE ALEXANDRE BIRMAN GIFT CARDS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE
A RESOLUTION ONLY BY ARBITRATION AND NOT BY COURT LITIGATION IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK
(OR THE CITY NEAREST TO YOU WHERE THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION HAS AN
OFFICE), THAT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL, AND THAT YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING
A CLASS ACTION AGAINST US.

ALEXANDRE BIRMAN GIFT CARDS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
By purchasing, using, or holding an Alexandre Birman Gift Card, you agree to the
following terms and conditions, which govern the issuance, purchase, use, and
disposal of such gift cards.
ALEXANDRE BIRMAN GIFT CARDS
The term “Alexandre Birman Gift Card” refers to (1) electronic promo or gift cards
and (2) electronic or store credit. Alexandre Birman Gift Cards may be stored
online in an Alexandre Birman account or printed.
Alexandre Birman Gift Cards may be purchased in specified amounts. All purchased
or issued Alexandre Birman Gift Cards are redeemable for products and services.
We offer Gift Cards to make it easier for you to shop with us and to make your
shopping experience more enjoyable. Alexandre Birman Gift Cards may be issued up
to a maximum value of $2,000 and may be redeemed only toward the purchase of
eligible goods and services sold by Alexandre Birman stores and
alexandrebirman.com.
Alexandre Birman Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Alexandre
Birman Gift Cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be
redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
After entering your Alexandre Birman Gift Card during checkout, the balance will
immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order exceeds the amount on
your Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment
method.
Any remaining balance on an Alexandre Birman Gift Card may be used for future
purchases.
Refunds for purchases made with an Alexandre Birman Gift Card will be issued in
the form of store credit or returned to the original Gift Card.
The value on your Alexandre Birman Gift Card is not insured by the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and does not earn interest.

EXPIRATION DATES
Alexandre Birman Gift Cards do not expire. However, under certain state laws,
unused gift cards may be subject to escheatment.
FEES
Alexandre Birman does not charge dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, or service
fees on Gift Cards.
REDEMPTION FOR CASH
Gift Cards with a balance of less than $10.00 in California, or $5.00 or less in
other states, may be redeemed for cash where required by law.
SECURITY
Alexandre Birman Gift Cards are redeemable only by the bearer. Alexandre Birman is
not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
RELOADING
Alexandre Birman Gift Cards are not reloadable and may not be increased in value.
REPLACEMENT
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced. Please contact Alexandre Birman
customer service for assistance.
FRAUD
Alexandre Birman reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards or suspend accounts if
fraud or misuse is suspected.
ADDITIONAL SHOPS
Gift Cards are valid only for purchases made directly through Alexandre Birman
stores or the official website.
CANCELLATION
Alexandre Birman reserves the right to terminate or void Gift Cards without
cause.
GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND NO CLASS ACTIONS
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall
be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a
class action.
By purchasing or using an Alexandre Birman Gift Card, you agree to these terms
and conditions.
