Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The delivery time frame is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time it is placed. 

Markdown items, or those purchased as part of limited-time deals are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges. You can either exchange them for another size/color of the item you purchased, or for another product.
