DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

We are pleased to offer a price adjustment for you. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

If you purchased an item on our website at a higher price than another website, your request must be made within 7 days after your order was placed;

The item priced at a lower value must have exactly the same characteristics as the purchased item (same item, color, and size;)

It is necessary that you provide the link of the item priced at a lower value (screenshots will not be considered);

The item priced at a lower value must be available (in stock) at the time of verification by the Customer Service;

We do not apply discounts and promotions that are specific to other sites nor to orders placed as part of a limited-time offer. Eligibility will be confirmed by the customer care team;

Price Adjustments are not eligible for orders that were bought on sale or limited-time offer;

The price difference will be given through a Discount Code, with an expiration date of 30 days after receiving it. It will be generated within 5 business days from the request, if applicable.

No refunds will be processed for price adjustments.
